The Chiho Assistant is designed to interact within Telegram groups using the Telegram User API, enabling it to read and send messages as a regular user account. This approach allows the Assistant to synchronize chats to Chiho CRM, provide chat summaries and notifications, and allows users to send messages directly from the CRM to the Telegram chats. This integration aims to enhance communication efficiency and organizational productivity for Chiho users, allowing them to benefit from streamlined chat history access.
We prioritize user privacy and security. Connecting the Chiho Assistant through the Telegram User API grants it the ability to read and send messages akin to any other user within a chat group.
Please note that this process may result in chat content being accessible to individuals who are not present in the specific Telegram chat group, but are team members associated with the Chiho Assistant account under the context of team collaboration and chat management within Chiho CRM.
Control over the Chiho Assistant and access to the data synchronized with Chiho CRM are exclusively managed by the company's administrator, who operates the Assistant account and can add and remove individual team member's access to the data.
This bot is created and used under the assumption that it complies with Telegram's terms of service. Users are responsible for any activities conducted through the Chiho Assistant and must ensure they adhere to the applicable laws and Telegram's policies. Chiho or Lido assume no liability for any misuse of the bot or any consequences that arise from such misuse.
